I have few healing appointments coming up that I am going to share in the next few weeks. I will also post my experiences from prior healing attempts. I am going to have a remote Complementary Reiki Healing Session on Tuesday. I am also scheduled for Ki therapy session on Thursday and last but not least, I am going to see Malcolm Smith for Spiritual Healing session on March 26th.

The ancient ayurvedic texts say that bananas are clogging because they carry “madhu rasa” and “guru guna” – in other words, a sweet taste and heavy aftereffect. But what does this mean?
